Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) intends to award a sole-source contract to Emerald Resources for a preventative maintenance agreement for two (2) Secure Care Systems at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Ave, Syracuse, NY 13210-2716, for one (1) year (11/1/2023 to 10/31/2024). The NAICS code is 238220 and the PSC is J041. This requirement is to provide for the Secure Care System Parts # PM2 and PM4 a Preventative Maintenance Agreement. Services for Part # PM2 shall include two (2) on-site visits and phone support including four (4) free calls. Services for Part # PM4 shall include four (4) on-site visits and unlimited phone support. All on-site visits shall be conducted at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Emerald Resources is the only known authorized provider for preventative maintenance agreements on Secure Care System parts. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the Government shall proceed with the award. Responses are due by September 8th, 2023, at 4:00pm EST. Responses shall be submitted via email to Ryan.Brehm@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
