NOTICE:� This solicitation will only be available to Small Businesses/Small Disadvantaged Businesses/HUBZone Small Businesses/Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses/Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under Women-Owned Small Business Program contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 Small Business (SB) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the geographical area of Iowa.� Only the official Point of Contact for contract holders as described above will be granted access to the solicitation documents. If you are a subcontractor for a firm eligible for this procurement, please contact that contractor for a copy of this information.
