31 August 2023 - Amendment 0002 -�The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional clarification regarding recently submitted RFI responses.� See 36C25623R0080 Amendment 0002 attached to this update. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** 24 August 2023 - Amendment 0001 -�The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes to this solicitation: 1. Update the period of performance to 300 Calendar Days. 2. Extend the proposal due date to 09-06-2023 at 1:00 PM CST. 3. Incorporate the RFI responses as ""Attachment F - RFI Responses 598-21-106 Rplc 47 48 48b n 22 AHUs Final"". 4. Incorporate the site visit attendance sheet as ""Attachment G - 598-21-106 site visit attendance"". 5. Incorporate the asbestos inspection as ""Attachment H - 598-21-106 Asbestos Inspection JLM"". See 36C25623R0080 Amendment 0001 and its attachments attached to this update. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** 598-21-106 Replace AHUs 47, 48, 48B, and 22 at JLM Work includes construction labor and supervision for demolition, plumbing, heating, and interior finishes work, and certain other items as required by provided construction documents. All construction work must be performed without affecting medical center�s operations. Work will be performed at the John L. McClellan Veterans Medical Center, Little Rock, AR. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under Public Law (PL) 109-461.�
