Description

Joint Base Andrews is requesting quotes in response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.�This acquisition is set aside for SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES.�The 316 FSS requires the removal and disposal of 12 existing smart boards in building 1413 and the purchase of 12 new smart boards that need to be installed. There are eight classrooms on the first floor and four classrooms on the second floor, totaling 12 smart boards that require removal and disposal. There are stairs and a small elevator in the building to assist with the removal and disposal.� All current Smart boards are the same size 65-68 inches and are already mounted. Mounting on the same mounts is our preferred choice.� The mounts are in good shape and should hold the new Smart boards since they are the same size.� Pictures of the existing locations of the smart boards for removal have been provided by the 316 FSS, as well as a side view of the mount, to assist with prospective vendors providing quotes. A summary of the Physical and Essential Characteristics has been provided below, but please refer to Attachment 1 to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for more Salient Characteristics. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 334118. The sizestandard is $1,000 employees. Physical characteristics = 12, 65 inch, white Essential Characteristics = SMART Board 6000S (V3) Pro series with iQ (TAA Compliant), LED, 16:9 aspect ratio, maximum display resolution 4K UHD (3840x2160), 60Hz, Integrated RFID NFC reader writer. 1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address. 2. Unique Entity ID, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. GSA contract number, if applicable. 3. Size of business � Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Hub-zone, Woman-ownedand/or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned. A copy of SAM.GOV active registration. Must reflect Commercialand Government Entity, and Reps/Certs. NOTE: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System forAward Management (SAM) database.
