Description

The Amador Ranger District on the Eldorado National Forest is looking to procure one (1) Dump Trailer with Grapple Log Loader. Any services needed on this equipment will need to be completed locally. Offers must identify a shop (or multiple options) within 4 hours drive of the FS delivery location. Please provide the shop name(s), address, contact of the shop(s) so that the evaluation team can confirm these shops cover the make/model of equip on offer. The trailer needs to meet the following specifications: 7'x16' Pintle hitch dump trailer (with log loader) Empty Trailer Weight - =3,500lbs capacity, >=75' Reach Mounted Spare Tire Loader power Unit - power pack Log (grapple) loader must have the following specifications: >15' reach with log or brush grapple Boom Rotation - 360 Degrees Crane Reach - approx.155"" Maximum Opening Grapple - 48"" Minimum Opening Grapple - 3"" Grapple Rotation - Continuous Lift Capacity At Mid-Boom - approx. 2,600 lbs. Lift Capacity At Max-Boom - approx. 1,400 lbs. Hydraulic Stabilizers - Telescopic Delivery is desired by October 20th, 2023. Delivery time negotiable, with a strong preference for delivery by October 20th, 2023. Preference may be given to offerors with an earlier delivery date. Please provide a delivery date that you can make a firm commitment to. Please include the lead time for delivery of this product. Please see attachment for specifications.
