UPDATE INSTRUCTION TO VENDORS/SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION, AWARD/EVALUATION. VENDORS NEED TO READ THE SOLICITATION CAREFULLY.� CERTIFICATION/LICENSES AND COMPANY BACKGROUND INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE QUOTE. FAILURE TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION/LICENSES, COMPANY BACKGROUND INFORMATION, SIGNED COPY OF AMENDMENT(S) WITH THE QUOTE AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED, MAY BE CAUSE FOR NOT BEING� CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. 3. TO UPDATE VERBIAGE IN THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT PARAGRAPH 2.1 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, PARAGRAPH 2.1. 2. CERTIFICATION. (PRS MATRIX #9) AND ATTACHMENT #1 (PARAGRAPH 2.1.2 CERTIFICATIONS) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Solicitation W912C323Q0004 is for Electrical Substation Preventative Maintenance and Repairs at USAG Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico 00934. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Buchanan has a requirement to provide labor, personnel, materials, supervision, equipment, insurance, maintenance, repairs and all required necessary to provide Electrical Substation Preventative Maintenance and Repairs, located at the US Army Garrison Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), terms, conditions, codes and regulations and contract�Electrical Substation Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR QUOTE. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The size standard is $19M.� No Hard copies of the RFQ will be furnished.� It is the responsibility of the Vendor to continually view the website for solicitation and any amendments issued. Vendors interested in doing business with the Government shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.sam.gov and have an active account. For information on how to register your company on Federal Contract Opportunities, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the Contract Opportunities website home page. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Vendors shall also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete via their SAM registration. Vendors are also responsible for reading the solicitation in its entirety to ensure all requested pricing associated with the work, price breakdown and any other information or documentation is submitted with their offer. Any Amendments shall be signed and submitted with the offer may render your offer not eligible for consideration for award. The Offeror shall be submitted to the place indicated in the solicitation (or as amended) before the date and time indicated in the solicitation. Failure to do so may render your offer �late� and not eligible for consideration for award.
