Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 INTENT NOTICE TO SET ASIDE The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for VAULT BREAKER TESTING. The contractor perform maintenance and testing of the Electrical Power Distribution System. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond VA. 23249 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base contract beginning 18 Sept 2023 31 Aug 2024 in strict accordance with all schedule specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238210 / Maintenance / Repair / Rebuild Of Equipment Electric Wire. Maintenance size standard of $19 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 7 Sep 2023 via Contract Opportunities website via SAM.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
