- Description
- The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Pine Flat & Lake Campground Electrical Utilities Upgrade Option Task. Project Description: Installation of concrete pad and all required infrastructure and conduit pathway for PG&E transformer, removal and replacement of 17, concrete spun telephone poles, installation of one, 400-amp panel; two, 100-amp breakers; and five fusible disconnects with fuses. Old poles and associated debris to be disposed of offsite. System power-up and voltage verification. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Mantenance. The size standard is $12,500,000.00.� The Product Service Code (PSC) J061 Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment. The solicitation will proceed with Full and Open Competition and is estimated to be issued on or about 30 August 2023 with quotes due tentatively on 20 September 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov.� Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.� Contractors should check SAM.gov frequently for any changes to the interested vendors list and notice.
