Description

Voice Telecommunication Technical Refresh/Upgrade (McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst) The government is contemplating award of a requirements contract with a firm-fixed priced contract for Voice Telecommunications Technical Refresh/Upgrades on the McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst area of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, facilities, materials, and services needed to perform aVoice Communications Technical Refresh/Upgrade for all users assigned to McGuire, Fort Dix and Lakehurst, NJ, to include all analog and digital users. The Contractor shall Engineer, Furnish, Install, and Test (EFI&T) a major turnkey solution to make Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (JBMDL) one consolidated campus as it pertains to Voice services. This includes upgrading the current AVAYA Aura CM8 Local Session Controller (LSC) on McGuire and the CM6 at Lakehurst to CM10�s, a detailed site survey of the Fort Dix and Lakehurst campuses, collapsing all legacy Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) switches across all three campuses, and rehoming all non-IP users back to either the Avaya CM10�s at either McGuire or Lakehurst using Gateways strategically placed. This is a commercial acquisition. The Period of Performance 12 Months after award of contract. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the most current federal acquisition circular. This action is being procured under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications) and related business standard � 1,500 Employees. The solicitation is expected as a RFQ issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside requirement. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management to do business with the government. The solicitation will be issued on or about 30 August 2023. The due date for proposals will be posted in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page within the beta.SAM.gov website. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested contractors to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities web page frequently for updates/amendments to the solicitation.
