- The Cyber Systems Group (HNC-CY) will be hosting a virtual Industry Day to communicate potential future technical requirements for each of its branches.� The Government seeks to provide industry more insight into the Government�s requirements and allow potential Offerors the opportunity to ask questions related to the prospective needs.� The Government anticipates a range of opportunities will be presented that will provide opportunities for both large and small businesses.� A detailed agenda and slides will be provided prior to the virtual Industry Day via SAM.gov.� All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.�� The HNC-CY Industry Day event will take place on?3 October 2023.� Those who are interested in attending this event are required to register at https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/anim.cfm?i=780829&k=05694201795E no later than?26 September 2023.� Registration is limited to three per company. This event will be performed virtually, utilizing government resources (Microsoft Teams).� Specific instructions for joining meeting will be provided with registration confirmation.� Slides of presentations will be available to preview no later than 26 September 2023.� Following the virtual Industry Day, contractors will have the opportunity to submit white papers of proposed solutions addressing any of the needs identified by the Government.� Written responses of information addressing government requirements should be sufficiently detailed to allow the analysis of capabilities, without the benefit of additional dialogue with the submitter.� However, confidential company proprietary or trademark information should not be divulged. The Government will consider all submissions as market research supporting potential future RFIs.�� After the Industry Day event, industry partners are encouraged to submit questions to Mr. Richard Bremer (richard.bremer.4@us.af.mil).� Questions will be accepted until 31 October 2023.� A summary of all releasable questions and answers will be posted to SAM.gov by 15 November 2023.�� This Industry Day Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This virtual Industry Day Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, seeking proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Industry Day Notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this Industry Day Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.��
