This is a Synopsis Notification (SN) as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� A Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query�and no solicitation document exists for the request.� This�SN is for planning / notification purposes only and shall not be construed as an RFI, RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition.� Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SN.� All�information received in response to this SN that�is marked as proprietary�will be handled accordingly.� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point is interested in the following:� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �MS Digital Surface Hub � � �The NAICS Code Qualifier is 334118; SBA Size Standard is 1000 employees. To participate as a potential source, your company must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder.� The Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Program is the Army's designated primary source for Commercial IT.� CHESS provides a no-fee flexible procurement strategy through which the Army can procure Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) IT hardware, software, and services.� This process is authorized in accordance with Army Regulation 25-1 (Army Knowledge Management and Information Technology) and AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1).� All interested parties must refer to https://chess.army.mil/ for more information.
