- Project Title: Repair Industrial Waste Treatment System, TAC Complex, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This solicitation and resulting contract are utilizing a Two-Step Sealed Bidding procurement method as described in FAR Part 14.5. This solicitation is the Step-One which is a request for technical proposals only. Bid Bonds are not required to be submitted with the Step-One technical proposal. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00The NAICS Code for this project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard $45.0 Million. See attachment for full details of this Step-One IFB. This posting is related to the Pre-solicitation Notice under the same number W912BV23B0004. The Government POC for this solicitation is Ryan Kelly, Ryan.J.Kelly@usace.army.mil. Amendment 0003 is issued to the Step 1 offerors determined to be acceptable in accordance with Section 00 22 00.
