The purpose of amendment 0002 is to: Correct Q&A Attachment numbers to reduce ambiguity. The purpose of amendment 0001 is to: a) Updated Section 01 00 00 List of Attachments. b) Provide Questions and Answers f or solicitation. c) Updated Section 00 21 16 Instructions to Proposers. d) Provide Revised Statement of Objectives dated 16 August 2023. e) Proposal due date extended until 30 August 2023 @ 5:00 PM Arizona Time. f) The SF 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award is to be completed by all Offerors and duly executed w ith an electronic or PDF scanned signature by an official authorized to bind the company in accordance w ith FAR 4.102. All amendments must be acknowledged by all Offeres in accordance witht eh instructions on the Standard Form 30 or 1442, Amendment of Solicitation. ****Potential offerors are NOT required to submit proposals prior to receipt of answers to questions.� When the Government posts answers to the questions (with applicable updates to the attachments), we will indicate changes to the schedule necessitated by this delay.**** See Attachement W9124A23R0018 Solicitation
