Description

The Request for Quote (RFQ) Identifier: FA461023Q_VET_ELEC Contract Title: Electrical Install for Vet Clinic at B10314 This requirement is to install additional electrical single phase125 amp 208 volt circuit, run 1-1/4� feed from exterior panel into room 110 and install a general duty safety switch in accordance with the scope detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dtd 29 Jun 2023, Attachment 1. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 4 - Pricing Schedule.� A site visit will take place at 1:00 p.m. (PDT) on Thursday 17 August 2023. Any questions must be submitted via email to the primary and alternate contacts listed below by 10:00 a.m. (PDT) on Monday 21 August 2023. All quotes are due no later than 10:00 a.m. (PDT) on Wednesday 30 August 2023. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to include Attachment 6_Electrical Panel. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to change the solicitation close date from 25 August 2023, 10:00 AM PDT to 30 August 2023, 10:00 AM PDT. Please have all quotes submitted NLT 30 August 2023, 10:00 AM PDT, any quote received after the set time will not be considered.
