Description

The purpose of this special notice is to establish a process for vendors interested in the Tyndall Air Force Base rebuild effort to submit capabilities to the Tyndall Program Management Office. This special notice is issued solely as a way to establish a central point of entry to gather information from interested vendors. This announcement is not to be construed as a formal solicitation. The Tyndall PMO is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract.� Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this special notice.� Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.� All costs associated with responding to this special notice will be solely at the responding party�s expense. Vendors may be contacted if additional information is needed to fully understand the marketplace and/or comments to the submitted capability. All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities. Also indicate if you are the provider, or provide the name and size of the provider of the services you will be supplying.
