- This post is an RFI to determine whether their are interested contractors capable of providing the required suplies and services detailed below: The Personnel Recovery & AFSPECWAR Division has an immediate need to acquire three rotary frequency power converters (FC) with an input voltage of 120/208 VAC, 60Hz, three-phase wye and a pure sinewave output of 115/200 VAC, 400Hz, three-phase wye, ? 30kVA for three of our Field Training Detachments (FTD).� Currently this version of power converter is installed at our Moody AFB FTD location.� It�s a (Nova Electric Jupiter TM-Series Solid-State Frequency Converter 30 kVA / 24 kW Freestanding Model JFC30K3/4-120/208-115/200-XXXRP) installed over ~2yrs without incident.�
