- Amendment 2 extends the due date and posts a document of questions and answers, an additional spec documents and the site visit sign-in sheet. Amendment 1 posts details for the organized site visit to be held Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 10am Mountain Time. Attached is a map of the general Jenny Lake visitor area with the meeting location marked in red. Parking will be coned off for site visit attendees. Please RSVP at least 24 hours in advance to the CO at molly_lynam@nps.gov meet in the far NE corner of the main Jenny Lake visitor area parking and then walk into the campground: 43.752940� -110.719740� GRTE 240717 & 240852 - Replace and Improve Jenny Lake CG Water System Improve PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work of this contract is for Grand Teton National Park (GRTE) Replace Jenny Lake CG Water System Improve the Jenny Lake Campground Water System - Replace the Jenny Lake Campground Water System (PMIS#240717) and Repair/replace Jenny Lake Campground Loop Road (PMIS#240852). SITE VISIT: Refer to 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) ALTERNATE 1 (FEB 1995) - TBD - An RFP amendment will be posted ASAP with details. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This procurement is being solicited as a total Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside. REMINDER: Pursuant to FAR 52.219-30, offers are solicited only from certified WOSB concerns eligible under the WOSB Program or WOSB concerns with a pending application for certification status in the Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS). NAICS CODE: 237110 - small business size standard of $45M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is start within 10 days of the NTP and complete within 395 days. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING OFFER: Refer to Section L and M. The contractor agrees that they will follow the specifications provided. Offer shall be submitted via email. A detailed breakdown of the offeror's proposal price (e.g., labor, materials, profit, overhead, and other pricing elements) may be requested by the Contracting Officer during the evaluation and pre-award process to support a fair market value award. The contractor is encouraged to be proactive and prepare details for submission when preparing lump sum offer information.
