Description

Notice# W91ZLK-23-Q-0055 Synopsis: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The ACC-APG Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source supply contract to LabVantage Solutions Inc., Cage: 1G6S5 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source. The objective of this contract is the acquisition and shipment of Quantity one (1) Support and Maintenance Package for LabVantage Software for ATC at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. �LabVantage is a software package developed by LabVantage Solutions that is currently in use by Aberdeen Test Center. This procurement is intended to gain support services from LabVantage Solutions that will enable access to current versions of both LabVantage software and JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) from Red Hat Inc. JBoss EAP is a middle layer application that is necessary for LabVantage to properly run. As this procurement includes both software and software support, it is imperative that any support services quoted for JBoss EAP cover interoperability issues between JBoss and LabVantage. � LabVantage Solutions, Inc. Posting date of this requirement is 24 AUGUST 2023. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 04 SEPTEMBER 2023 NLT 04:30PM EST. �Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
