Description

The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office � Atlantic, Dalecarlia Branch intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Rees Scientific to provide preventive maintenance and repair service to existing REES Refrigeration Monitoring System located at McDonald Army Health Center, Fort Eustis, Virginia. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219 � Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the size standard is $12.5 M. This proposed procurement is intended to be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). �A solicitation will not be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may submit a statement of capabilities to respond to this requirement, including information related to ATO , Department of Defense and Defense Health Agency Information Security Requirements certifications. Inquires will only be accepted via email to ricardo.a.corderocruz.civ@health.mil The Government will consider responses received by 1:00 PPM EST, August 28, 2023. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. No telephone requests will be honored. A Justification & Approval for this award will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305.
