- Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 9, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Nashville Medical Center and Network Contracting Office (NCO) 09 intends to issue and award a Sole Source single award Firm-Fixed Price type contract to Harvard Apparatus (Multichannel Warner Division), for a wireless electrophysiology system that allows for 16-32 channels of recording, has high sampling rates needed to record action potentials (25 kHz) from Harvard Apparatus (Multichannel Warner Division), the only manufacturer of this equipment. This VAMC is located 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212. It has been determined that through initial Market Research, only 1 (one) responsible source can provide the required equipment as identified below, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . Telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this notice. All responsible sources may identify their interest to meet this requirement to Scott Dickey by 11:00 am (CST), Monday, August 28, 2023.
