- Description
- The VA intends award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order a non-competitive basis to Advertising Council, Inc. (Ad Council), a Large Business, to continue to develop, implement and assess large-scale, fully integrated, donated media public service campaigns in support of Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention (OMHSP) suicide prevention program. The NAICS code is 541810 with a small business size standard of $25.5M.This program is critical for the VA. As the nation�s premier provider of public service communications, the Ad Council possesses the unique expertise, return on investment, demonstrated experience, evaluation, distribution methods/capacity and qualifications necessary to complete this vital work to help prevent Veteran suicide and improve Veteran mental health. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for SAC-F may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Ad Council under the authority of FAR 13.5, 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quote.
