- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the purchase of a Bobcat and accessories for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 336999 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Solicitation number F9E7CE3109AG01is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, effective 2JUN23. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor whom provides a quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis / solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. See attachment for CLIN structure. Vehicle must include the items listed in attachment installed or delivered with the purchase. DELIVERY - Destination 180 Days after contract award. Include the following information on your quote: cage code, tax id number, company name, phone number, POC, signature of authorized representative and email. Offerors' quotes are required to be valid through 30 Sep 2023.
