- Intent to award Sole source- Project Management for Multi-Station Cooperative Monitoring Project Coordinator THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property Operations, Legacy Region 9. USFWS intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract for a base year pus 4 option years under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to: MCCOLPIN AMANDA C Rothville, Missouri, 64676 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services. The object of this sole source award to MCCOLPIN AMANDA is to serve as a Project Coordinator for the Prairie Reconstruction Initiative Advisory Team (40% time); the contract is overseen by the Region 3 Inventory and Monitoring Coordinator, Bloomington, MN. A minimum of a master�s degree in ecology, zoology, or wildlife management, or related field, and demonstrated knowledge and at least one year of prior experience in a related project management position is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a working knowledge of native prairie reconstruction and management. Knowledge and experience in the application of structured decision making and adaptive management, communication, or technical writing are routinely applied in completing tasks. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
