Description

FA8307-23-R-0134 This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). This is NOT a Solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNCK) Joint Base San Antonio Lackland AFB intends to award a sole source modification to the Incumbent. This action is to provide on-site support to sustain, integrate and transition from a collection of distinct, special-purpose tools to a purposefully integrated Joint solution. On-site support resources will provide in person, real time support to operational Team 1 3CMS and C2IE users for the DoD Cyber Mission Forces. The Government intends to make an award by September 2023. The Incumbent Accenture Federal Services LLC was awarded using NASA SEWP procedures using FAR Part 12 & 35. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 USC 1901 as implemented. If the Government were to compete this effort and award to another contractor, an award to any other source would result in FAR 13.501. This NOPCA is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice no later than five (5) calendar days from the posting date of this notice to SAM.gov.
