- SEE BELOW ADDITIONS TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND EXTENSION FOR QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS OPPORTUNITY Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SPE302-23-R-0009 / Fresh Bread and Bakery Items for Troops and Ships, Guam A. �The purpose of this amendment is to revise the following terms and conditions of Solicitation SPE302-23-R-0009 issued August 3, 2023: � � �(1) �Page 9: Add the following sections to ORDERING SYSTEMS IV. Order Cancellation Once submitted through the electronic ordering system (STORES), an order may be cancelled by a customer up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery via written notification to the Contractor and the Contracting Officer. Within less than 24 hours from delivery, an order may be cancelled by mutual agreement between the customer and the Contractor. In the event of an act of God, such as extreme weather, the specific situation regarding a cancelled delivery will be dealt with in an equitable manner by the Contracting Officer, who has the ultimate authority and discretion to resolve said issues. V. Large Volume Orders (over $5,000) For customers with large volume purchase orders ($5,000 and up), the lead time required for the order is 21 business days, and cancellation of the order must occur 14 business days prior to the actual RDD. The customer will be responsible for payment of the order if the Procurement Office Hawaii and vendor do not receive notification. If the customer requires expedited delivery after the order has been placed, the customer will be responsible for additional air freight costs to meet the delivery date. � � �(2) �Page 17: The questions period stated in ADDENDUM to 52.212-1 is extended to 8:00 am HST, August 25, 2023. B. �All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same. �
