Description

This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 13.003(b)(1) & 19.502-2(a). NOTE: Attachment B - Drawings; Offerors must request access from the Contracting Officer to view this document.� NOTE: Specific date/time and instructions for the Site Visit are detailed on page 19 of the solicitation.�Failure to follow this process may result in delayed security processing/badging and render participants ineligible from attending the site visit.� ------------ Amendment 0001 issued on 31 May 2023. Offerors are instructed to review the Amendment and RFP Q&A carefully, which includes new instruction to ensure initial proposed pricing includes the price for an Offeror conducted Lead Based Paint Survey of the demolition site. See the following new attachments: 1. Amend 0001 and 2. RFP QA_v1 ---------- Amendment 0002 is issued on 14 June 2023. Offerors are instructed to review the Amendment. See the following new attachment titled ""Amend 0002."" ----------- For those waiting on pictures from the site visit, the pictures were NOT approved for release to be posted to SAM. As such, no pictures will be provided. Please also note that the Government does not intend to extend the proposal deadline again and proposals should be submitted by the due date determination listed in SAM.�
