- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is issuing an amendment to Request for Quote (RFQ) for Therapeutic Apheresis. Contractor shall provide Therapeutic Apheresis services to VA Southern Nevada Medical Center in accordance with the performance work statement. The amendment is for RFQ solicitation number 36C26123Q0959. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the location and address listed in the Solicitation Description, Opportunities Description and Pre-Solicitation Notice. The correct location and address for this requirement is: VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89086.
