- WEEKEND CLEAN UP FOR LF & ML (TN) FY23 Natchez Trace Parkway The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Natchez Trace Parkway. It is the intent of this contract the contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, safety equipment, transportation, and supervision to thoroughly clean the restrooms at Jack�s Branch Picnic Area (Mile Post 377.9), Glenrock Picnic Area (Mile Post 364.8), the following Comfort Stations(Education Center, Little Swan Comfort Station and Campground)located in the Meriwether Lewis Park Complex(Mile Post 385.9), Jackson Falls Comfort Station Picnic Area (Mile Post 404.1),Gordon House Comfort Station(Mile Postv407.7)and Garrison Creek Comfort Station(Mile Post 427.4). These services shall be performed on weekends and on Federal Government Holidays (listed below). Please see the Statement of Work for more details. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $15,000 - $30,000. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercials services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
