Description

This is a supply contract for a utility work machine to help maintain the roads and ground at Blue Marsh Lake. The Contractor shall furnish a utility work machine per specifications of the salient characteristics and features listed in Section 3.0 under Performance Requirements. This equipment procurement is a direct replacement for a Utility Vehicle that is reaching the end of its expected useful life. The Contractor shall provide a utility work machine per specifications of salient characteristics listed below. They should include but are not limited to the following features: - Diesel Engine, Turbocharged - Minimum Horsepower, 60 - Liquid Cooled Engine - Turf Tires - Enclosed Cab with HVAC - Cruise Control - Dual Port USB Charger - Full-Time Four-Wheel Drive - Standard Bucket Attachment - Boom Float - Road Package: Backup Alarm, Turn Signal, Flashers, Taillights, Brake Lights, Rear and Side Mirrors, Horn, Rear Work Lights, Seat Belts, Shoulder Harness, and Headlights - Power Steering with Tilt - Automatic Parking Brake - Instrumentation Display - Joystick, Manually Controlled with Lift Arm Float - Rear Receiver Hitch - Front LED Working Lights - 4-Wheel Independent Suspension - Roll Over Protective System (ROPS) - Minimum Travel Speed, 16 mph - Minimum Payload, 2000 lb - Minimum Towing Capacity, 4000 lb - Minimum Fuel Capacity, 20 gal - Minimum Ground Clearance, 8 in - Hydraulic Cargo Dump Box - Minimum Cargo Box Size (Length/Width/Height), 56 in x 51in x 10 in - Hydraulic System, Auxiliary High Flow, 27.9 gal/min - Hydraulic System Auxiliary Pressure, 3,000 psi - Heavy Duty Battery - Quick Attachment Mounting System (multiple use attachments) - Attachment Controls Compatibility (allows use of existing Government owned snowblower and auger attachments with the new machine) - Radio - Traction Control - Engine Block Heater - Fire Extinguisher Kit - Minimum 72 in Flail Cutter Attachment
