Description: This notice announces the intent by NAVFAC SW to purchase a relocatable building/trailer without competition as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR Part 5. NAVFAC SW intends to award a sole source purchase order as described in the attached justification. This Special Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All questions and responses concerning this notice shall be emailed to Breana Harris at breana.m.harris.civ@us.navy.mil. Interested concerns must identify their capability in writing to the above email address listed above no later than 4:00 PM PDT, 21 August 2023.
