- Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-23-Q-0128 addresses the following changes: 1. Due to the change in the Joint Certification Program validation, the solicitation closing date is extended by 14 days to 8 September 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. 2. Due to issues requesting access to the Technical Data Package in SAM.gov, we will be sending the Technical Data Package via DoD Safe. To gain access to the Technical Data Package, complete the following steps: � � � � � �a. Email Taylor Ferguson at Taylor.D.Ferguson10.civ@army.mil and the USARMY Detroit Arsenal PEO GCS Mailbox at USARMY Detroit Arsenal PEO GCS Mailbox K2RWR Team Mailbox usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.k2rwr-team-mailbox@army.mil�with the name of the person requesting access to the Technical Data package, the company's name, and the company's cage code. � � � � �b. Once we have verified the contractor's registration in the Joint Certification Program, the contractor will receive a link from DoD Safe with the Technical Data Package. NOTE: The person requesting the Technical Data Package MUST be the Data Custodian registered in the Joint Certification Program for your company. The Request for Proposal is hereby issued by the US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACCDTA) for the Stryker Family of Vehicles (Fov) Delta Deployment Kits - A. This acquisition anticipates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation. The following will be required: Nomeneclature: MINE ROLLER ADAPTER KIT (MRAK) ECP Delta Kit Part Number: LS1094232 NSN: 2540-01-676-9017 Quantity: 052 EA Please note that this solicitation contains several clauses and provisions which require you to complete a fill-in or representation. If you don't complete these fill-ins, your offer may be determined ineligible for award. Be careful to read and complete each such clause and provision, especially Section K of the solicitation. The completed Section K should be returned with your proposal. Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/ Canada Joint Certification Program (JSP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the Technical Data (TDP) for this solicitation. For technical assistance in doing business with the Government, and doing business electronically, please visit the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) website at http://www.aptac-us-org/ to locate a reginal center. CAUTION: The intended solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
