Description: The Communication Services Unit (CSU), Collaboration and Identity Services Section (CISS), Information Technology Infrastructure Division (ITID) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) provides telephony services to all overt FBI-managed facilities.��The services will consist of installation, maintenance, supplies, licenses, certificates, equipment, and 3rd-party support. This task order will include multiple CLINs and will be a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) /Time & Materials (TM) Contract.
