- The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC), intends to acquire Parts to support the Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) systems. Requirements Description: The US Army is seeking contractors to support procurement of NSN 5895-01-592-4598. The Army is determining the availability and technical capability of potential offerors to execute the program's procurement efforts for sustainment of the system in the future. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TDP is not available for release. The TDP includes level 1. conceptual information. Contract History The Prophet Enhanced system has Transitioned to Sustainment (T2S) to Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Integrated logistics Support Center (ILSC) sustainment of parts in 4th quarter FY 2022, where CECOM ILSC will be responsible for management of the spare supply system. CECOM ILSC is required to have contracts in place to support procurement of spare parts, to include the aforementioned part in the title of the SSA, of which this market research is applicable to. This SSA is to identify what vendors are capable of delivering NSN 5895-01-592-4598. The following additional NAICS apply: 334 � Comupter and Electronic Product Manufacturing 334515 �� Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals Items and/or Services to Be Procured: NSN: 5895-01-592-4598 NOMENCLATURE: NPR, TURNER PART NUMBER: 428-02499-001 CAGE: 1CAK9 Requested Response Information: We request that sources who can supply the listed to submit information to show their capability to manufacture supply the same or similar parts. At a minimum the support information you submit should include, but is not limited to, the following types of documentation: Questionnaire, demonstrated intimate knowledge of the systems and associated software, and past experience in performing work on similar systems. Companies will be required to warrant that the systems will perform satisfactorily when used for their intended purposes. Companies must have the knowledge and necessary test equipment to pre- and post-test the systems. All interested potential sources must prepare a response (in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat) no greater than ten (10) pages in length. Each page shall be single spaced with a minimum of 12-point Times New Roman font and no less than one inch margins/borders. Any table or graphic shall utilize a minimum of 10-point Times New Roman font and may be landscape. In your response, please include your company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contract with email address and telephone number. Notice, Response Due Date, and Points of Contact: This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this SSA or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this SSA. This Sources sought announcement (SSA) is for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from this announcement will be used to determine if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for Small Business.� Furthermore, the Government will use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and/or to assist in making acquisition strategy decisions in the future.
