Description
The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure and award, on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Archer Technologies International, Incorporated, Shawnee, Oklahoma. This acquisition includes the following items: Universal Wing Actuator Tools (UWAT) full assemblies, Super Bolts (with spherical tip) full assemblies, individual parts for the UWAT full assembly, individual parts for the Super Bolt full assembly, individual parts for the PaveWay Systems, and repair services in support of United States (U.S.) Air Force and U.S. Navy PaveWay II and PaveWay III Guided Bomb Unit Airfoil Group Maintenance & Repair lines.� These supplies and repair services are for U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force and will support the following weapons systems: GBU-10, GBU-12, GBU-28, and GBU-32 in accomplishing Joint Services maintenance actions. The contract over the five year period will include hardware manufacturing and individual parts, teardown and evaluation, and repair services. Archer Technologies is the sole source supplier of UWAT and Spherical Tipped Super Bolts. Archer Technologies holds exclusive proprietary rights to all drawings and specifications. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.� The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623R0036 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm�s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information. Access to CUI is limited, to a single point of contact (POC) per CAGE code, who is listed as the Data Custodian on the DD 2345 and approved by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The DD 2345 must be approved prior to requesting access to CUI in SAM.gov. Contractors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code�s Data Custodian POC to request access to CUI.
