- DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of propane at multiple locations within the park. The Government is soliciting quotes for firms having the capability to provide propane with an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ). Propane is to be delivered throughout the year and the Contractor shall monitor all tanks to ensure a minimum volume of 50% is always maintained. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 (effective June 2, 2023). The solicitation number is 140P8523Q0050 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity commercial supply contract. The performance period includes a one-year base and four one-year options. The NAICS code is 211130. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition with no set-aside restrictions. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability, and past performance. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 1:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2023. Only emailed quotes to lisa_henson@nps.gov will be accepted.
