Description: The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) has issued a sole source award to CMI Management, LLC., 5285 Shawnee Rd, STE 510, Alexandria, VA 22312-2334 for a six (6) month contract for Emergency Water Infrastructure Services for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) located in Washington, D.C.� These emergency services were mandated by the D.C. Fire Marshal in July of 2023. Per the D.C. Fire Marshal, the situation is determined to be a life safety issue, putting the lives and property of the fire department as well as AFRH residents at risk and must be remedied as soon as possible.�
