THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY ONLY!!! The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is seeking potential sources capable of performing preventive maintenance, and corrective or repair services on Stryker surgical waste management system equipment for the Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34,000,000.� It is anticipated that any solicitation or resultant contract award for these services will include the clause at VAAR 819.212-71, Gray Market and Counterfeit Items.� Therefore, when responding to this notice, please provide a copy of the letter or other documents from the OEM as required by paragraph (c) of the clause. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.� If your organization can meet the requirements of the Statement of Work, you may indicate your interest in providing these services by providing the following information:� Business Name Point of Contact Unique Entity ID (SAM) Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages) Letter or Other Document From OEM as Required by VAAR 852.212-71 Email the above information to james.hunt2@va.gov.
