Description
This is a sources sought announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The National Park Service has a requirement for contractor to replace filtration system at each of two (2) Hydro Engineering high-pressure hot water boat wash stations located within Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Stations are located at Hemenway Harbor (NV) and Callville Bay (NV). The manufacturer of this equipment is Hydro Engineering. Replacement filtration system will be a Hydro Engineering HE/5000 Polishing Filtration with Oil Removal system or equivalent. Capable companies responding to this sources sought notice are asked to include the following information: 1. Company name, address, Unique Entity ID number, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. Information about qualifications, capabilities, and certifications to repair or service this specific equipment. If company is not certified to repair or service this equipment, please state so or do not respond to this notice. 3. Any experience servicing the units specified in this notice. 4. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, ISBEE). Interested vendors should provide information regarding this announcement by emailed message to Michelle_Bennett@nps.gov no later than August 2, 2023 at 2:00 pm PDT.
