- Attachment 1: Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Items Effective Date: 02/01/2022 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C25023Q0972. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order to the offeror submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable quote resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04, effective 06/02/2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 337215, with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 7125.
