- Description
- TSC - (2) POTENTIOSTATS AND (2) CAGES Specifications: 1. EIS frequency range of 10 microHertz to 5 megaHertz with an impedance accuracy of less than 1%. 2. Eleven current ranges from 600 milliamps to 60 picoamps using a decade sequence and no additional modules 3. Voltage resolution of 1 microVolts and current resolution of 20 attoamps (2.0 x 10-17 amps). 4. Specified noise is 2 microVolts RMS or less. 5. Capable of performing 2, 3, 4, or 5 terminal measurements. 6. Electrically isolated from Earth ground for measurements on grounded samples. 7. Simultaneously data acquisition from 3 independent channels and display measured current and voltage during the experiment. 8. Capable of performing EIS measurements in potentiostatic, galvanostatic, and zero resistance ammeter modes. 9. Hardware and software that is computer controlled and able to run on Microsoft operating system, Windows 10 or better. 10. The potentiostat must be engineered so one computer can control up to 16 potentiostats. 11. Power cord and cable to connect the computer to the potentiostat module. 12. Full electrochemical paint test cell set-up including glass cell, o-ring, base, clamp, and potentiostat cell cable. 13. Saturated calomel reference electrode and platinum wire counter electrode, plus one spare of each. 14. Calibration cell. 15. Instrument manual. 16. All hardware and software proposed for this project would need to be capable of running in an air-gapped environment (no internet connectivity). Therefore, all system updates need to be capable of being performed through means other than network connectivity. 17. Faraday shield/cage with glass door. The system shall be plug-and-play and usable once setup. No additional modifications prior to production level work should be required. The system shall be provided with up-to-date equipment calibration documentation and shall be manufactured with all new parts. The system shall include at least a two-year warranty provided by the supplier including full experimental set-up, including hardware/software, cell cables, test cell, electrodes, calibration cell, and Faraday cage as well as shipping, training, and lifetime technical support.
