This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that this is a lowest price technically acceptable procurement, that is total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the government. �Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 effective 6/2/2023. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract with for the MARAD Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF) for the fabrication of a patrol boat as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) Fabrication of Patrol Boat � Attachment 1, Vendor Price Sheet � Attachment 2, Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses � Attachment 3 and E-Invoicing Requirements and Department of Labor Wage Determination � Attachment 4.
