Description: Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition (J&A) to issue a modification under contract no. AID-667-C-14-00001�Toward Enduring Peace in Sudan (TEPS) �to extend its period of performance by 24 months, and increase its Total Estimated Cost (TEC) by $20.5. Under this action, this modification supports the continuation of TEPS� activity and supports urgently needed Partner Liaison Security Operations (PLSO) to provide a high level of safety, security, and operational support to USAID/Sudan�s IPs.See the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) and�Determination and Findings (D&F) documents for further details.
