Description

This is a Design-Build (DB) construction project to replace exterior commercial windows�(approx. 54 - storefront systems N.I.C.) for all four sections of Building 3 - NSA�Philadelphia with superior thermal performance windows matching previous existing�appearance. The work is located at the Naval Support Activity, Philadelphia Pennsylvania. *ONLY THOSE CONTRACTORS LISTED BELOW ARE ALLOWED TO BID ON THIS SOLICITATION* Six firms are listed under NAVFAC�s Mid-Atlantic Regional 8(a) MACC vehicle ML C00067. Current awardees under the existing 8(a) MACC vehicle are AIMCON Design Build, LLC. (N4008520D0157), Argus CJW JV 3, LLC (N4008520D0158), Belt Built, LLC (N4008520D0159), CALL Associates, Inc. (N4008520D0160), Doyon Management Services, LLC (N4008520D0161), and Kunj Construction Corp. (N4008520D0162).
