Description

The Natick Contracting Division (Army Contracting Command) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W911QY-23-R-1024 for the replacement of overhead doors, at Buildings 5, 16, and 77, Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA. The purpose of this project is to provide Soldier Systems Center at Natick, Massachusetts with functioning overhead doors at seven locations on the facility. The project consists of all work required to remove and replace eight (8) overhead service doors and two (2) man-doors of variable sizes. The Government has determined that this acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business concerns, with a single, Firm Fixed Price contract being issued. The Disclosure of Magnitude is estimated between $100k and $250k for this effort. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS code) is 238290 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $22.0 Million. This announcement serves as the Advance Notice for this effort - responses to this synopsis are not required.
