THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO SAM.GOV UNDER A SEPARATE COVER. The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Legal Advocacy Training in support of the Office of the Solicitor (SOL). The RFP will be posted on SAM.gov approximately 15-30 days after publication of this notice. The anticipated contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
