Edited 13 June 2023: Includes revisions made to Sections L and M, Full & Open/Small Business Set-Aside Scoring Matrixes,�Full & Open/Small Business Set-Aside Cross-Reference Checklist, Pricing Schedule (Excel), and Draft Ordering and On_Off Ramping Procedures, all dated 13 June 2023. In both Draft Sections L & M, majority of revisions ocurred in Paragraphs whose headers are highlighted in green. vendors are advised that all attachments and acquisition strategies are drafts, facing approval.� Previous versions remain included for purposes of comparison by industry as necessary. Edited 6 June 2023: Revision made to Request for Information and response due date. Responses are due 20 June 2023. In addition, this notice also has a related notice:�772PKAC2E2023. This notice services as a Request for Information/Synopsis for the following: The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), on behalf of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), is seeking industry feedback for the Comprehensive Construction & Engineering (C2E) Program. The 772 ESS and AFCEC are seeking industry feedback on the Draft Ordering and On/Off ramping procedures, Draft Statement of Work, Draft Section L (Instructions to Offerors) and Section M (Evaluation Criteria). Currently, these services are being fulfilled through the Regional Engineering & Construction (RE&C) and Worldwide Engineering & Construction (WE&C) contract vehicles. � Anticipated Ceiling:� $15B� Anticipated Performance Period: 10 years performance (five-year base period and five one-year options) The Government seeks to provide industry with insight into the Government�s requirement and allow potential Offerors the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the anticipated acquisition method. Potential Offerors who wish to submit questions or feedback related to the Draft Ordering and On/Off ramping procedures, Draft Statement of Work, Draft Section L (Instructions to Offerors) and Section M (Evaluation Criteria) are required to do so �to the C2E team at: 772ESS.PKA.C2E@us.af.mil.� The Government will utilize indiustry feedback to inform their acquisition approach.� A summary of questions and answers arising during this process may be released at a future date.
