- NOTICE OF INTENT FOR BRAND NAME PRODUCTS MIDMARK CORPORATION Response Due Date: July 28, 2023, by 11:00AM (EST) Network Contract Office 1, Procurement Office East on behalf of The Department of Veterans Affairs, Manchester VA Medical Center, located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104 intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Midmark Brand Name products as follows: Midmark Elevance LR Dental Chairs: 8 Each Wide range of motion with a programable chair controls powered by a hydraulic drive system designed to provide smooth soft starts and stops and quieter operation. Easier and safer entry and exit design using a thing, narrow cast aluminum backrest, integrated armrests, and cantilever forward design Chair can be set up for either right or left-handed providers Low seat height of 15 inches to aid in entering and exiting No part of the base extends out from the chair in the area where patients step when entering or exiting Cast-aluminum backrests provide greater support Supports up to 450lbs and can swivel 30° Wireless chair controls Accessible rotation brake release Seamless upholstery for better infection control Double articulating magnetic head rest 5 year limited warranty Midmark Elevance 4-position LR ProCenter Delivery Systems: 7 Each Line of sight access to air and water controls. Fine needle-valve adjustments allow for greater precision of drive air and water.
