Description

SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price service contract for the preventive maintenance and calibration services for the Tensile & Compression machines; S/N H300KU-0053 60,000 lbf H300KU TM in tension & Compression w/ Machine Indicator and S/N ST-AF- 01168GB 5,000 lbf Materials TM Model ST in Tension & Compression w/ Digital Indicator to TINIUS OLSEN TESTING MACHINE COMPANY 1065 Easton Rd, Horsham, Pennsylvania 19044-3300 Cage: 44845. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and 2 options years. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer TINIUS OLSEN TESTING MACHINE COMPANY. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing6, the size standard is 500 and the service code is J025 Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Vehicular Equipment Components. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements�. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis.
