- Requirement: Boiler Replacements The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is conducting market research with the intent of determining the interest, capabilities, and qualifications of potential small businesses to provide Danville VA Medical Center with boiler replacement services. The vendor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, management, and supervision to replace boilers in bldg. 22/69 at 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Il 61832. The vendor shall be responsible to: Provide new boiler. Demo and remove existing boilers. Offload and install the new boilers back in place of the old boilers being removed. Provide and install gas piping as needed for the project. Provide and install Steam and condensate piping as needed for the project. Provide and install drains and vents for the new boilers as needed for the project. Disconnect the electrical off the old boilers and reconnect to the new boilers as needed for the project. Provide and install stack transition piece as needed to connect the new boilers stack into the existing boiler stack. Provide a sky track as needed for the project to offload the boilers. Ensure intake air for the new boilers to pull from the existing louvre not be ducted outside. Startup boilers and check operation. Cleanup work area upon completion. Provide new boiler pad to fit new boilers. Provide system walk through and training for the VA boiler operators. Provide spec sheets, maintenance manuals, and electrical diagrams in paper and electronic copy s. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 238220 with a size standard of $19M.
