Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number RFQ# 12FPC423Q0091 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13.5 are being utilized. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) award based on the lowest price, technically acceptable quote that conforms to the solicitation requirements. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 Effective June 2, 2023. NAICS: This acquisition is a total Small Business Set aside.
